Needleless infusion devices develop and produce by Chifeng plastic, and acquired patents from multiple countries. The Gen 1 needleless series did not contain any metal material, The fitting part follows the ISO 594 standards and completes the test, it can fit any infusion products who follow the ISO 594 standards. As much as possible reduce the application of force of linking, in order to avoid the fitting part self-dropping by external force or internal pressure.

Housing and septum material are using medical grade polycarbonate and have passed medical grade silicone, bio-caompatibility test, lipid and alcohol resistance. The structure of housing passed the blood compatibility test, when blood stream passes the vavle, reduce the hemolysis problem. Silicone seal can activation up to 200 actuations, and the swabable surface is sealed arround the top of housing, to create first microbial barrier protection. According to the fluorescein dye test, when disconnect and swab the surface, the fluorescein dye did not residual on the swabable surface. 

The Chifeng Gen 1 needleless series can also use in the high pressure infusion therapy, when the insert part are not connecting, it can resist the pressure maximum 7kg/cm2 from the pipeline, when connect, it can resist maximum 24kg/cm2 (350PSI).
